Overview
One of the best ways to ensure GCSE exam success is to practise as many past and sample papers as possible. This application brings together easy access to all these papers and enables a tracking system so you can see which papers you have done, your scores and predicted GCSE grades.
This application is best used on the desktop (preferably Google Chrome). You can revisit this screen anytime by clicking on Instructions from the Menu above.
How to Use
Go to the Settings page and select your username, school year and the GCSEs you are studying
Optionally enter the predicted grade for each subject at year end
Go to the Papers screen to view a list of all available exam papers - there are 3 things you can do from here:
View Paper - this will show you both the question and answer paper for you to do a quick review
Delete Paper - if you decide a particular paper is not relevant you can delete it from the list, this can also be restored later by visiting the Deleted screen
Start Paper - This will remove the paper from this list and add it to the In Progress list - this paper is now being tracked
Once you have one or more papers added to the In Progress list you can visit this screen and do one of the following
View Questions - This will display the Question paper so you can start the test, you can either print it out or do from the screen by writing your answers on a blank sheet
View Answers - Once you have completed the paper you can view the answer sheet so you can mark your own paper
Complete Paper - Once you have marked your paper you can select the Complete option and enter your score for the paper
Delete Paper - If you no longer wish to do a paper you can remove it and it will be added to the Deleted screen
Once you have completed one or more papers you can review your progress on the Summary Screen - here you will see your score per paper, including the dates when you started and completed. You will also
see your average score per subject and where possible your predicted GCSE grade based both on your year end estimate and your test scores
What is an access code
Once you have created your user account you will see an access code in the settings screen. You need to make a note of this - it will allow you to access your account from a different device or retrieve your data from the server if your local client should somehow lose it.
